The Alfresco APS-30PPC 30-In. Pizza Prep Station is a restaurant-inspired plating station with food pans, carving board and plate storage below. It features a convenient shelf for storing plates, pizza pans, utensils, spices and other food prep items. The pan rail rests on a bed of ice with NFS food pans for pizza toppings. This station can serve multiple purposes by simply switching out items in the pan rail. Fill it with lemon slices, lime slices, cherries, olives, and orange segments and your pizza prep station becomes a martini garnish station. Fill it with shrimp, oysters, crab legs and muscles and offer your guests a raw bar with their cocktails.
