Wonderful experience start to finish here. Went in to the store in search of a new cooktop/stove. Ellis took care of me immediately. Service couldn't be beat. Got exactly what I needed at a very competitive price. Installation team was great. No reason not to go back next time. Highly recommend.

Absolutely impeccable service--would come back here a million times over. After having a horrible experience trying to get a dishwasher delivered from a Lowe's in NJ, I decided to try my luck here and boy, am I glad I did! The salesman was so professional, efficient, and kind. He dealt with my building's management company to secure all the proper paperwork himself. This was lucky, I'm sure, but I ordered the dishwasher on Tuesday, got a call to schedule delivery on Wednesday, and had it delivered and installed on Thursday morning! The installation team came when they said they were going to and did a pristine job hauling away the old dishwasher and installing the new. I wish I had the money to redo all my appliances just so I could use them again!

Great customer service, very helpful team and competitive pricing. The whole package! Delivery people are great too. I was able to get order in 4 days which is amazing given the delivery environment. They kept me updated over the four days on timing. Would highly recommend.

So happy with my experience with Curtos. They are the ONLY place to go for appliances, especially in these times when there are so many delivery delays. Customer service is great. My appliances were delivered on-time and I'm very pleased with my purchases - Stove, rangehood, dishwasher, refrigerator and in-drawer microwave. Their prices are very competitive.

Purchased a Zephyr wine and beverage cooler combo which I love. The wine Fridge was delivered with one shelf that was different from my order. The staff was was very accommodating and the correct shelf was delivered to my house promptly.

Curto's is the place I always go to when I need appliances. They are family owned and it shows especially as they take such good care of their customers. I have bought my TV, fridge and gas range there over the years and I have never been disappointed with the product or their service and true care about their customers. I just bought a gas range and there was a minor problem with the model I thought I was getting but Al took care of everything right away and I could not be happier. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could!

like many after being stuck at home, we decided to build an outdoor kitchen. in the past, i've bought all my appliances at competitor store, but after visiting with Curto's and talking to their sales staff, the choice was clear. After going back and force between Lynx and Alfresco, I went with Lynx - grill, bar sink, storage and access doors, etc. I also ordered Marvell under counter refrigerator. A month later i reached out to Curto's and was told that Lynx was backed up due to Covid and there was hardly an ETA for my appliances. In the meantime, my deck and outdoor kitchen structure was progressing and I needed to get my appliances in. I went back top the store and ended up talking to Jonathan, one of the owners. He worked over the order and switched everything to Alfresco, which was available within 2-3 weeks. No issues what so ever. Jonathan was alos very helpful with a few tip on kitchen structure, particularly around the grill itself. Appliances were delivered as promised and on time, no damage, etc. No issues during installation, no missing parts, etc. Ive been very happy grilling and entertaining.

Wanted to purchase a wood fire pizza oven and with everything that has happened, I found that the one I wanted was on back order, since they come from Italy, then I went to see the main man himself, Jonathan at Curtos, he also told me that the where all back ordered, he made a call to his distributor and later that day he called me back and found not only the oven I wanted but an upgrade to a better one, within a week it was delivered and setup. Thank you Jonathan, Frank and the entire staff, you've been wonderful. The delivery and setup team was outstanding. Most of all you made my wife happy.

As an architect and GC, we spec and order a lot of appliances. I used to always order online but post delivery service was typically a hassle. Given the circumstances since 2020, post delivery service became impossible. I found CURTOS and will never order online again. Great family, great staff, and always very helpful- before, during, and after the sale.

Back in August we came back from vacation and our washing machine had died, the rental home we had while on vacation had a Speed Queen, which we really liked. So we went to Curto's ( our go to spot for all of our appliances) and JANICE was a big help, she is very knowledgeable in all the machines and helped us decide on the Speed Queen that would fit our needs. We were told they were on back order and would have to wait at least a month. Well needless to say the machine came in earlier than expected and we are so happy with our choice in purchasing the Speed Queen with Curto's . Thank you CURTO'S!!!!

I spent alot of time trying to purchase a gas range with no luck. When I finally was able to get one the delivery service never showed up- one more aggravation to add to a long list. Two people suggested Curtos. One call - lucky to get Al who found what I wanted, gave me the date I wanted and was a pro to deal with! The delivery time was set for 8 - 12. By 9 am they came, delivered and were gone. The delivery guys were also part of a great experience. Curto's will definitely be my 'go to' store from now on!

Curto's is a true family run business and whenever I shop there that is what I feel like - family. I am a small time landlord and also live locally. I have been shopping at Curto's for years. They are knowledgeable, the delivery is fast, their prices are as good as the big box stores, and they can get anything you want whether it's in their showroom or not. Any problem I have ever had they have fixed - no questions asked. They understand what I want as a landlord but I also get my appliances for my home there as well. I trust them and I know they are going to give me the best deal available.

We purchased a hood, dishwasher and refrigerator from Curtos for our kitchen renovation. Janice was wonderful - she helped us make choices, responded to lots of questions, including checking with the manufacturer, and the price was comparable to bigger box stores but much better customer service. Our dishwasher had a dent in it when it was delivered. Janice was fabulous in dealing with this and within a week, we had a new replacement. We have typically bought appliances in the past from PC Richards or Best Buy, but we will only go to Curtos from now on.
